This year marks our first Annual General Meeting as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO). We are pleased to be operating under our new Charity Registration Number (1217862) and are entering an exciting new phase for the Federation.

We are currently seeking nominations for four Committee Trustee positions:

• Chair
• Treasurer
• Secretary
• Web Officer
• Two Ordinary Member positions

If you would like to stand for election, please arrange for your nomination to be proposed and seconded by two Federation members and complete the Nomination Form below.

Nominations must be submitted in writing by email to the Secretary no later than:

12 noon, Monday 12 October 2026
