Tilt Brush is a 3-dimensional virtual reality painting application, and you will wear a VR headset. Two facilitated virtual reality booths will be available from 10am to 4pm on the day. Tilt Brush is recommended for ages 10+ and an experienced technician will guide you along the way. This activity is facilitated by Bryght Ltd. A 10-15 minute time limit will be introduced if the demand is high.
Or join Andy O’Rourke to make a light painting between 11am and 3pm. What is light painting? It’s a playful, immersive, and highly engaging photographic technique that merges art, technology, and pure fun. Draw in the air using unique light tools, and skilled photographers capture those dazzling light trails in real-time, creating stunning, personalised digital artworks. Please be aware that there will be flashing lights and strobes which may not be suitable for everyone.
The day is funded by UK Government through a Shared Prosperity Fund grant.
